In this MyST workshop, we will be offering a reflective space to explore how we hold children and young people at the heart of what we do. This includes recognising that everyone is unique with different values, priorities and perspectives and therefore will require varied support and approaches in response to this. We use the Social Graces Framework and the LUUUTT model to guide this reflection.
Learning Outcomes:
• To reflect on our own values and perspectives and how they can influence our care
• To consider the values and perspectives of the young people we are caring for
• To deepen our understanding of the various narratives surrounding the young people we care for and how this can further develop our relationships with them
